COVID-19 Update

Dear ASAP Analytical customer,

We are closely monitoring developments regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and are actively taking steps to ensure the safety of ASAP Analytical employees, their families, and our local community. Starting Monday, March 23rd, we will be limiting access to our facility for both employees and customers. For the foreseeable future, we will be operating with limited staff, and all customer demos at our Covington, KY facility, will be rescheduled.

ASAP Analytical employees will proactively be responding to any sales and support requests via phone or email. We are open for business and will continue to fill orders as they are received. Onsite service requests for HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and GC-IRD will need to be evaluated before a service engineer can be scheduled for an onsite visit. We will make every effort possible to fulfill all service needs during this period. Service engineers will be available for phone support during our regular business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST M-F.

Until further notice, you should not expect to see any change in our responsiveness and ability to fill orders.
